We represent a 19-year-old woman that was severely injured when the driver of truck/tractor ran a red light because he and his employers had taken unreasonable risks. The driver and owner have been indicted by a grand jury on first-degree felony charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. We are pursuing others who we believe caused these horrible injuries to our client.
