OLA, llc hired The Clearman Law Firm to represent it in a lawsuit against Builders Homesite, Inc., its companion business, New Home Technologies, L.L.C., and their creators, many of the nation’s largest homebuilders and manufactures. OLA alleges that the defendants, among other things, violated its trade secrets, infringed its patents and violated the federal antitrust act.
The Clearman Law Firm contacted the patent litigation firm of Goldstein, Faucett & Prebeg to assist it in representing OLA on patent matters.
The defendants are a “Who’s Who” of national builders and manufacturers. The defendant builders include Beazer Homes USA, Inc., Capital Pacific Holdings, Inc., Centex Real Estate Corp., David Weekley Homes, KB Home, Lennar Corporation, Pulte Homes, Inc., Standard Pacific Corp. and Toll Brothers, Inc. The defendants home products manufacturers include Georgia-Pacific Corporation, Hearth & Home Technologies, Inc., Honeywell International Inc., Kohler Co., Masco Corporation, Overhead Door Corporation, Owens Corning, Progress Lighting Inc., Square D Company, Therma-Tru Corp., Weyerhaeuser Company, Whirlpool Corporation and York International Corporation.
