The Clearman Law Firm Seeks to End Pyramid Scheme
The Clearman Law Firm recently filed a Complaint in federal court alleging that Stream Energy's marketing arm, Ignite, is a pyramid scheme costing honest Texas citizens millions. Stream seeks to expand the scheme to other states. See the press release . . .
Stream Energy's founder, Rob Snyder, responded to the lawsuit with his best shot, a personal attack on Scott Clearman, claiming that "these days that any clown with a bow tie can file a lawsuit on behalf of a purported class of injured parties."
Scott's children, though fond of clowns, bristled at the insinuated insult to their father's wardrobe: "We love Daddy's bow ties!" Scott's wife, who personally selected many of his ties, including his bow ties, felt that Snyder's response failed to address the substantive allegations stated in the Complaint.
Please read Snyder's response and ask, "Where is the Texas Attorney General’s confirmation of the legitimacy of Stream Energy’s multilevel marketing network?"
